We are enrolling patients and volunteers to participate in educational activities, prevention, recreation and fundraising. The emphasis is on cardiovascular health, guidance in support emotional, spiritual and economic.

Help areas:

• Emotional support to patients post-surgery and/or patients with heart disease, in addition to improving the quality of life in preventing cardiovascular disease.

• Attend events of health promotion and prevention.

• To contribute to the effort to reduce the prevalence and mortality from heart disease.

• Raise funds to help other people.

• Serve as a resource for educational programs.
